To empower Singaporeans to embrace ageing with confidence and take charge of their golden years, the Office of the Public Guardian, Agency for Integrated Care, and My Legacy, with support from the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Ministry of Health, and Public Service Division have embarked on a concerted effort to raise awareness of the importance of pre-planning and encourage Singaporeans to make their Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) and Advance Care Planning (ACP).
